Join us at Phillips Community Center for Spark’d Studio and Youthline: Black History Hoops, Jams, Chill and Design. Come hoop and vibe to a DJ set from Minneapolis’s very own Biig Miic (known for his radio show For the Culture) and a live performance Phillips Community Center’s very own youth artist LYL Mack. Come chillout in the teen center for family friendly activities, refreshments, and movie. Come learn to design in the Spark’d Studios with local artist and designer Monk from madebymonk (known for his clothing line and margining history with art creating 3D mini sculptures of black historical figures).
