Motion: (Maltby/Majors) To approve the agenda for the February 8, 2023 meeting. Passed
Motion: (Maltby/Benson) To approve the minutes for the January 11, 2023 meeting. Passed
Motion: (Adam/Maltby) Receive and file the financial report. Passed
Motion: (Ihde/Majors) To elect Marti Maltby as Chair. Passed
Motion: (Benson/Majors) to adjourn at 6:31pm. Passed
